The last of the official visitors to USC over the weekend left campus Monday morning. WR Kiel Pollard arrived on Saturday so he was able to stay over until Monday.
Pollard has been committed to Arkansas but is now giving the Gamecocks even more consideration following the visit.
“It went good,” Pollard said. “I talked to their coaches and talked with Marcus Lattimore and I got a better feel about them. I’ve got a chance to come in and play early and be special to this program and change it around. They said I can play the outside or the inside, anywhere they need me I guess.”
Pollard was the 6A Offensive Player of the Year in Georgia after catching 76 passes for 1163 yards and 18 touchdowns.
He is down to the Razorbacks and the Gamecocks and is finished with official visits. He is uncertain about a timeframe for a decision.
